**Author's Preface:  It is important to understand that there appear to be many different groups wielding power whom are currently vying for ultimate control over this planet.  Some of these groups of influential people appear to be on our side.  At first blush, it would seem that the OPPT has been undertaken at the behest of good people who wish to assist humanity in breaking the bonds of enslavement that have, for thousands of years, kept the free people of this planet from a deeply hidden truth:  That true power ultimately rests in the hands of the people, and that control structures of any kind, no matter how 'well dressed' they may be, are simply that:  CONTROL STRUCTURES meant to 'keep the herd in line.'  In regards to the OPPT:  As with any such action of this magnitude, due diligence must be done in understanding how and why such an effort came about, and what kind of an impact it can ultimately have on changing the current global paradigm from one of endless war and suffering to one of peace and prosperity (not the type promised by 'new faces' with the same hidden agenda, as discussed very intuitively in the following article from Conscious Hugs HERE).

On December 25th, 2012, a rather interesting event took place:  Official public disclosure of the One People's Public Trust.
     The central tenet of the OPPT is that of following the Law of One as well as "returning to prime" or "prime creator" (whatever one's own unique view of the creation force happens to be).  In layman's terms, we are all free people on a free planet, connected in ways that we are only now beginning to understand, and as such each and every one of us are endowed with all the rights and freedoms contained therein.  Thus, we do not owe fealty to any type of control structure whatsoever, for WE are the controllers of our own destiny.  Whatever your dream may be, you have the right, bestowed upon you by the creation force, to live it to its fullest potential.  Governments, monetary systems, licensing, national barriers, even religions (and yes, this writer is quite certain that many will make a particular stink about that last one):  These are ALL meant as ways to control and enslave the people in a way so clever and so subtle that it appears nearly to be invisible.
     Think of it this way:  Do you the reader find it at all odd that human beings are the only species that actually 'pays' to live on this planet?  That is NOT an accident, it is by DESIGN.  It has been carefully planned and orchestrated over thousands of years, and that battle for control of this planet is now reaching its Zenith, as those in positions of power, the same bloodline families who have ruled the world from behind the curtain for many centuries, are beginning to lose their grip.
     An important part of the official disclosure of the OPPT came in the form of a Paradigm Report which was completed on March 6th of 2011 by Treasury Finance AG, a consortium of high-level individuals whose efforts were geared towards exposing the full scope of the financial fraud being laid down upon an unwitting and unsuspecting public.  This report detailed the global Ponzi scheme being undertaken by governments and central banks colluding together to enslave the people of the world within the chains of a fiat currency system being overseen by the Federal Reserve Bank, the Bank for International Settlements, the International Monetary Fund, and a whole host of others.  The scope of this conspiracy is so massive that it truly boggles the mind.  Yet as reported in great detail on this website in both 'Part II' as well as 'Part II cont.', a great many of the actions taken throughout the course of the 20th century appear to have been done so in an attempt to centralize the world's precious metals reserves into the hands of a global cartel of bankers, corporate CEO's, members of clandestine societies, and oath breakers within the military industrial complex.  What the One People's Public Trust tells us is that the majority of these precious metals reserves have now been 'removed' from the hands of those who would attempt to enslave the world under the iron jackboot of what 'they' so eloquently refer to as a New World Order for the future (directly from the mouths of George H.W. Bush, Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Barack Obama, and others).  In effect:  If you can't 'pay' your mercenary armies (Blackwater/Academi, the CIA, the DHS, FEMA, so-called U.N. 'peacekeeping' forces) then you lose your buffer, and the pyramid scheme falls apart.
     One other important note:  In a manner similar to the Nation State Project, the One People's Public Trust now gives the full, legal and lawful authority for the U.S. military (and the oath-keeping military of other nations, who have come to collectively be known as White Knights and White Hats), federal marshals (including the Provost Marshal) and law enforcement officials to arrest those conspirators who have been behind this scheme at the very highest levels.  The Provost Marshal is of particular importance in such a situation, because he is the only individual under the restored U.S. Constitutional Republic who has the legal and lawful standing to arrest the U.S. President (as of winter 2013, the currently serving Provost Marshal is Major General David E. Quantock).

The One People's Public Trust appears to be another part (albeit an important one) of a much larger puzzle.  On the surface, this action seems to have the same positive intent as that of the Nation State Project as well as NESARA, The National Economic Security and Reformation Act, though as this writer has stated previously, true and accurate information pertaining to NESARA has been kept under absolutely the tightest of wraps.  **(NOTE:  None of the aforementioned actions happen to be affiliated with one another in any way, shape, or form).  Also included in this equation are actions taken and programs initiated of which we the public are not yet aware, but whose disclosure this writer feels will be made available for public consumption at the proper time (at the very top of this list would be the release of the thousands of suppressed energy and medical patents being kept hidden away from the world, not the least of which is that of Solar Warden, which appears to be the official code name given to an entire fleet of supersonic, interstellar spacecraft which have been in existence for several decades as part of the secret space program that goes WAY above and beyond what NASA chooses to reveal to the public).
     In effect:  All of the aforementioned positive 'projects' and 'actions' appear to have been taken with the PEOPLE in mind, and are all pieces to a very complex puzzle that will soon enough be shown to the people of the world as part of full public disclosure.  And while it is quite easy to simply buy into the 'fear porn' which states that all of those in positions of power are against 'We the People', this is simply not the case.  There appear to be good people in high places who have been working behind the scenes for centuries.  As one contact so accurately put it,

"We have friends in the rafters."

And we have for a long time, for if what we are hearing concerning the OPPT and similar efforts are true, then the tide of the battle is indeed changing...

Why OPPT Will Likely Work

There’s plenty of material you can read about the One People’s Public Trust movement in the post I wrote yesterday below.  I’m going to summarize for you why, in Dave’s opinion, there is a high likelihood this strategy will be successful.  I’m going to skip over the “intention” aspects and the spiritual overtones for the purpose of this explanation although those are actually more important than the tools themselves, those aspects are subjective and debatable.  I’m not not even going to elaborate on the legality of the documents because I’m not qualified and this post is based on an assumption that they were drafted and executed properly.

What I am going to address is the use of this movement as a negotiating tool, a strategic approach and a tactical weapon to neutralize overzealous government representatives.  It’s essentially a squeeze play where you are using the UCC filing to claim that the government and the too big to fail banks and the not too big to fail banks… failed.  Evidently the UCC has to be rebutted, from a legal perspective, and what government or corporate leader is going to be willing to stand up and say that the people didn’t bail out the government when it failed during the credit crisis? Not one that I can think of.

If you ask Dave, the assertions in the UCC are fairly vague and global in nature and the UCC isn’t what this is all about anyway, although it lays the cornerstone.  What is important about the UCC is that it creates a reference point that is recognized by the courts.  That reference point is then referenced in the Courtesy Notice and that is what gives the Courtesy Notice some sharp teeth when it comes to intimidation and potential behavioral influence on governmental and banking agents.

The government doesn’t use intimidation.  People who work for the government use intimidation.  You would be hard pressed to find a police policy manual or an IRS that condones the use of intimidation while at the same time you would have a hard time finding a middle manager at many of these institutions that doesn’t use intimidation on a daily basis.  Just take a look at this video from Adam and the Man and check out the un-civil servant at the 5:30 mark and you get a perfect example of the kind of intimidation that I am talking about.  Essentially the same thing happened to Dave just before I started blogging and it was the catalyst to get me started.

When a guy like the one in the video above receives the Courtesy Notice that references the UCC and clearly advises him that the organization he works for is insolvent, bankrupt, broke and otherwise no longer in business he’s going to respond accordingly.  He’s going to go to his boss.  He’s going to go to his co-worker.  He’s going to go to his lawyer.  He’s not going to know what to do because he’s going to realize that he is now personally liable for actions such as those depicted in the video which if you ask me clearly conveys a physical threat… but then again I’m not a lawyer or a judge.

The point is not to attack this guy for practically assaulting Adam with some legal solution against the government.  That won’t work.  The solution is getting the guy to think twice about doing something like this and when he receives the Courtesy Notice and researches it and discovers that it is a valid document referencing a valid non-rebutted UCC, then the guy is going to realize he is exposed.  He’s going to go to his boss and co-workers and say “Hey, that technique I have been using… the one where I protect my face with my hand and then get in other people’s faces and make them think I am going to arrest and possibly twist their arm and injure them because I provoke them into pushing me back… that technique… well I can’t use it anymore because people have cameras and I won’t have the protection of government TSA lawyers and government TSA insurance policies when I get dragged into court by the guy who sent me this Courtesy Notice.”

That’s what will happen.  I know it.  These people, like the TSA guy is just doing his job the best he can because the job is a ridiculous job.  He’s survived and climbed the ladder by perfecting his techniques and by creating a marginal personal exposure that he believes is covered by the uniform and everything that stands behind it… and it was… until now.  When a guy like this gets theCourtesy Notice in the mail or via email, he’s going to back down quicker than you can say “Simpson-Bowles means tested my pension plan.”

If someone at the top would stand up and deny the UCC by providing a proper rebuttal, then they could disable this movement, but that person would also be charged with treason.  Who do you know in government that is going to do that; President Obama or the Chairman of the private Federal Reserve Bank Ben Bernanke?  How about the person in charge of your local credit union?  I don’t think so.  No one in their right mind is going to stand up to the UCC filing and how they got it onto the books escapes me and frankly it makes me quite suspicious as to the core intentions, but more on those suspicions later.

Is this some sort of get out of jail, drive as fast as I want, don’t pay my property taxes solution?  I don’t view it that way.  Is this some way to shut down an overzealous TSA agent like the guy in the video above?  Absolutely it is.  I started noticing a pattern of behavior where the civil servant was become the uncivilized master.  That pattern was emerging everywhere I went.  Then one day I got pulled over for turning right on red and it cascaded into an amazing experience for me.  I’ll probably elaborate on it in another post.  It was at that moment when I realized that the government, at least from my perspective had gotten out of control.  If I had had that UCC Courtesy Notice available to me at the time of that experience I think I would have sent a copy to that police officer.

About two months after my experience with that officer, I read an article in the local paper on how that same office beat some perpetrator up in a restaurant parking lot when there were nine police officers already on the scene before that officer got there.  If I had sent the Courtesy Notice advising him of his personal liability for his actions, would he have beaten up that man at the restaurant?  Maybe not.  According to the local newspaper the entire brutality case was under investigation and we know how those investigations work out when you’re investigated by your own organization and Holder-Breuerian “ripple effects” are the primary concern.

If you work for the government there’s a decent chance that this new paradigm of personal exposure for your actions is going to become a reality.  There’s a decent chance that you’re going to get one of these Courtesy Notices and eventually they will be tested in court and if you believe for one minute that they’re going to restructure the entire Uniform Commercial Code because it is being used by citizens to intimidate overzealous government workers you’re dreaming.  The government will leave you hanging out there in the breeze in the same way that Means Testing your entitlement and retirement programs will leave your golden years wanting like a German trying to get his gold returned from the Fed.

The real significant aspect of this paper-based approach to accountability is the feedback loop that it will create.  TheseCourtesy Notices will be making their way through every imaginable administrative channel in an already constipated bureaucracy.  Their volume and frequency will build like a snowball until they become so heavy they can no longer be rolled.  A word like  “mesothelioma” settlements became  one of the most searched for words on Google because absestos became one of those snowballs that got so big it couldn’t be moved.  The same can be said about the tobacco settlement.  I can imagine that extending “courtesy” to a gentleman like the one that confronted Adam in the video becoming standard operating procedure.

This is email that I received from Stacy,  Patrick Cody Morgan's sister who has been keeping us updated on Cody's illegal incarceration.

Yesterday, in a travesty of justice, Cody was sentenced to 27 years in prison for a crime he DID NOT COMMIT!!!!  The Pope, Queen and others got 25 years for GENOCIDE!!!  What is wrong with this picture??  My family is devastated - they do not know about you, WONDERFUL people.  They don't have the hope that I do that this wrong will be righted. 

Cody is on his way to a FEDERAL facilitytoday, where, we have no idea.  I hope and pray we hear from him soon.  We will get the transcript in a day or so of yesterday's proceedings.  They kept cutting off his mike and we know the recording, so we don't know if EVERYTHING that was said by either the judge or Cody is completely on the transcript.  Cody was so elequent and the judge was flustered because Cody called him on so many things.

Previously, in his trial, he would not even sit in the Defendant's chair as he said, he was not consenting to being the defendant, as they had NO jurisdiction over a "living man".  He never really defended himself at trial.  When the judge mentioned this, yesterday, Cody said, "I was NOT going to defend myself against fabricated fraud and lies.  That was what the jury was presiding over.  I let my paperwork stand as my defense.  I filed my Affidavit of Facts and backed it up with a Bond.  YOU have NEVER refuted ONE of my facts, you were defaulted out and you, still have never rebutted anything.  I find that very curious."

I KNOW the judge was VERY suprised that Cody was so elequent and KNEW what he was talking about and countered the judge at every turn with correct information, but the judge "glossed" over EVERYTHING.  Much of that info we know the other attorney's had no idea what they were talking about.  They know about procedure, not law and not about what you and I now know and about what Heather uncovered.  These judges are "schooled" in it all and how to deal with people like Cody.  They just railroad them and try to make them out to be those "crazy sovereigns".

Some of it was actually funny and I wonder if the judge just made it up as he went along - he said, according to jurisdiction, that when he woke up every morning he "poked" himself and there was his jurisdiction - ???  He also said that he ran an Article III court - only one in America is in New York - Court of International Trade, which Cody filed his case.  (We don't know if they took it on because they said they had to see if THEY had jurisdiction).  Cody said, on the record - that is a lie!

Cody made his points and when asked by the judge if he had anything else to say before his sentencing, Cody turned to the courtroom and told EVERYONE that he was NOT acquiescing to ANY of the proceedings and would NOT plead to something that he HAD NOT DONE!!  He called the judge's court a KANGAROO court several times.  He accepted for value everything they threw at him, for the record, several times, including his sentence.

It was so horrible to feel so helpless to not be able to help this incredible man.  I PROMISE I'm not saying that as his sister, but when you meet him you'll know what I mean.  YES!!!! He will be an incredible force to have to help with paperwork, etc... for your organization.  He understands this probably as close as Heather does. 

I don't know what the next step is to get this overturned and those responsible BEHIND BARS for all of this, but I would PRAY that all of you help us.  I thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you have already shared with your readers and their help with their letters.

A Conversation with a Friend and a Message in a Bottle

Over the course of a couple of days I had a great conversation with a friend on skype.  Howard's words were so perfect in the moment that he gave them to me that I knew they needed to be shared with everyone.




Howard King:  I love your article about "I Love You" It reminds me of what I call

"The Lens of the Absolute"

We are all The Absolute, with a lens having the ability to zoom in or out. That ability to zoom in or out, also called Attention, is actually the most powerful tool we have in BEing able to direct our Attention wherever we want.

Zoomed out as the Absolute, we experience nothing but the Oneness, Space, Stillness, Love, Peace and Joy that we are. 

As we zoom in, we are able to see and feel the I AM PRESENCE which is a subtle increase of identification as a unique eternal heart.

Zoom further in, we are able to see, feel and identify with the manifest reality of body/mind and the separation that goes with that. At this level of zoom, are not able to see the truth of us BEing the Absolute. We have been conditioned to THINK that this is all we are, a body/mind.

Waking up to the truth and remembering what we are, is as easy as inquiring within with a very simple question:

Who AM I?

Any answer that come in response, is only what the mind Thinks I AM and is not the Truth. I am not my name. I am not my gender. I am not my religion. I am not my job title. I am not my family title. I am not anything I can perceive.

For any answer that comes in response, ask a more subtle and direct question:

What sees or notices this thought, feeling or experience?

Persist with that question and our attention will come back to the Absolute that we are.

From there we can just "Remain as the Self" and BE. This is Freedom

Howard King: Yes, because of the conditioning we all have, we forget that the zoom/attention can go either in to The Absolute or out to manifest body/mind reality. It's our choice.

Howard King: I am seeing a CVAC with this process of helping people to remember. I think I can set up a conference call or radio call to do this process with others live.  We do have a lot of people to wake up, don't we?

 Howard King: This addition came to me this morning...  Why do we want to remain as The Self?  Because that is what we are, The Absolute.  When we remain as The Self, the mind is in its proper role as a servant, not a master. We are working from the Heart.

From the position of BEing The Self, the universe takes care of us. We can BE and allow everything to JUST BE as it is, without judgement; no duality, just Oneness.

As we zoom in to identify as the body/mind, we have to take care of the body/mind because the mind thinks it is the master and has to figure everything out and strategize and make things happen. (which it fails miserably most of the time) From the position of the body/mind, we are overwhelmed with duality, separation, judgement.

What needs to be known arises spontaneously in you.
What needs to be done arises spontaneously in you

How should we use the inquiry questions of "Who AM I" and "What notices this"?

Obviously, we can use this during meditation, not as a mantra, but as a means noticing where the attention is going. Is the attention going out to thoughts, feelings and emotions of the body/mind? That is actually Inattention. One clue that we are being inattentive, is that we are conscious of past or future things because that is the realm of the mind. Conditioning, programming and habits have caused us to be inattentive most of our life.

Or is it going inward to The Self, The Watcher, The Observer or the Source of perceiving? This is Attention. The clue of this is that we are absolutely in the NOW moment. 

The mind will try to molest us for a while by creating noise, and thoughts that we have some interest in. As we notice that happening, we just look at that without judgement or trying to push it away, and then inquire "What notices this?" Magically, our attention comes back to the Source of the looking and we are in the NOW moment again. Relax in this natural state and allow. 


The same thing happens in daily life. As we notice our attention being pulled into the noise of the mind which is past/future, just look at it without judgement, and ask "What notices this?" Magically, our attention comes back to the Source of the looking and we are in the NOW moment again. Relax in this natural state and allow.

This replaces the old conditioning with a new one and soon, the mind will take its proper role and we Remain as the Self.

The question of "Who AM I?" is partnered with "What do I KNOW" as they are the same question to our Eternal Hearts- our Higher Selves.

I have been working on these questions myself for over two months now.  Many discussions with Heather and several others wonderful BE'ings guided my search within and helped me learn to listen for the answers to my questions.   As I read back here on RTS over the past few months, I can see my progress, can see the leaps I've made in finding the answers I have been searching for.

Three months ago I continuously searched for answers from outside, gathering intel from many varied sources, reading articles, gathering pieces of the puzzle and trying to force them together in some semblance of order that made sense when interpreted by the outside information that I had.

But as I said, the inner voice screamed at me that the pieces didn't fit together like that.  When I opened my mind to the voice from my heart I suddenly realized that my heart was the guide I was looking for.

As I wrote on Sunday in the article "Do you Remember?", the Grand Experiment, The Game, is over. It's time for us to take off our blindfolds and "Wake Up".

Right now we are in that moment between awake and asleep.  That instant, that twinkling when the dream ends and your eyes are flickering open and you have that brief thought of  "where the hell am I?!"

(If you're a parent and you ever laid next to your child while putting them to bed and crashed out hard, then you know exactly what I'm talking about, lol!)

We are in that moment when you cross over between dreams and reality- but what is the real reality of Who We Are?  This is the questions that we now ask ourselves.

One of the best tools of remembering that Heather has spoken about on various radio shows is the question "What do I know?"

When you have a question about something, ask yourself "What do I know?" and then listen.... listen to that voice in the back of your mind, listen to the voice of your heart, listen to your dreams, your day dreams even, listen to the words around you- articles on the internet, conversations with friends or acquaintances, radio shows, videos..... be open to receiving your answer from sources that you never considered before. Source is speaking to us constantly, we just need to learn to listen.

I will give you an example:

The article "Do you Remember" was in my brain for about a week.  Several times I attempted to sit down and write it out, but there was a piece missing.... there was a blank spot in my mind, something was blurred out and I knew it was important to fully understanding, to having Absolute Data.  I put the article away for a couple of days and said "When the time is right, I will KNOW and then I will fully understand and will be able to articulate the article into words".

This weekend we sat down as a family and watched the movie  "Rise of the Guardians".  The movie was fun and very enjoyable, and I laughed with the family at the various antics of the characters.  One of the main characters is Jack Frost, who spends the entire story trying to remember who he was before he was turned into Jack Frost.  Jack realizes that he needs to remember who he was, to understand who he is now and what he needs to do.

"If I find my memories, then I will know the reason why I am here!!"

In that moment, my heart pounded and I literally jumped out of my seat. The answer to my unspoken question flooded into me and I KNEW.

The entire article flowed into my mind in that instant.

I asked "What do I know?" and I paid attention to the answers that were all around me.

We need to open ourselves to the flow of information.  The conversation I had with Howard came at exactly the right moment. Comments in skype and in emails highlight instantly when they are needed.  Twice last week AK left comments  in a skype room to someone else, that hit me right between the eyes and they triggered me to remember another piece of Who I AM.

The answers are there.... you just have to be open to them.

Here is an exercise that Heather shared with me to help me Remember:

Get a piece of paper or fabric.  Write on it "I REMEMBER".... decorate it, colour it, paint it, embroider it, bead it, glitterify it....

Take that creation and put it into a bottle, a jar, a box, a locket..... and put it somewhere you can see it, somewhere visible and in the open near where you spend most of your time.  Then as you walk past it, or glance in that direction, send it the thought "I Remember!" , Love it, cherish it..... and then listen to the Data that is sent your way.

Like a message in a bottle.  Like a string around your finger.  It's a reminder that we are awake and we are ready to REMEMBER!

Who are you?  What do you know?

Ask.

Then listen
